New session of biweekly classes begins July 19 and runs until August 26, 2019.
This 1 hour Low-Impact Fitness Class is geared to adults aged 50+. The structure of the class includes exercises that target the key components of functional mobility: cardio respiratory fitness, muscular strength, flexibility and balance. The class is suggested for individuals who are comfortable with low impact cardio activity and muscle and core strengthening exercises.
Regular participation can help improve your overall fitness, energy levels and sense of well being. Meet new people, get fit and have fun!

Fees: $55.00/6 weeks (2 classes/week = 11 classes)
