Thorncliffe Park COVID-19 Pop-up Vaccine Clinic – May 13

Latest Update from Jaye Robinson:

Dear Friends and Neighbours,

Tomorrow (Thursday, May 13) at 12:00pm, our community and hospital partners are holding a COVID-19 vaccine pop-up clinic in celebration of Eid al-Fitr for residents aged 18+ from any hot spot postal code in Toronto – priority access will be given to those with an M3C or M4H postal code. Right now, every single Thorncliffe Park resident aged 18 and older is eligible to receive a vaccine.

The event will be located at the Thorncliffe Park Community Hub Clinic in the East York Town Centre (45 Overlea Boulevard) and will feature raffle prizes and treats for children.

Vaccines will be administered while supplies last and proof of address – such as a driver’s license or utility bill – is required. I have been advised that there will be more than 3,000 doses available. Residents with questions about the pop-up clinic are encouraged to call the community hotline at 647-477-1640

Thank you to Michael Garron Hospital, The Neighbourhood Organization (TNO), Health Access Thorncliffe Park, East Toronto Health Partners, and the Flemingdon Health Centre for organizing a safe and engaging way for our communities to get vaccinated and celebrate Eid al-Fitr during this challenging time.

Please feel welcome to share this information with your neighbours. If any of them are interested in receiving future updates from my office, they can send an email to councillor_robinson@toronto.ca to be added to my mailing list.

Stay safe and well.

Sincerely,
