How to Submit Maintenance Requests

There are several ways to submit maintenance requests.

Submit a Maintenance Request using the Leaside Towers Resident Portal. If this is your first time using the Portal, you will need to register using your email address.

Complete a maintenance request form available from the Management Office. If your request is urgent, such as a water leak, consult with the management office staff at 416-421-8109 between 8:00 and 4:00pm Monday through Friday.

Should you have an emergency after Management Office hours, please contact your Building Superintendent. Their working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm and only emergency issues will be dealt with after these hours.  Should you be unable to reach your Superintendent to report a major emergency e.g. Flood, Fire or Death, please call the Answering Service at (416) 207-8253. Give them your building number, apartment number and inform them of the issue.

LTTA Steering Committee Meeting Minutes

The LTTA Steering Committee met via Zoom on June 9th. The minutes can be found here on the Meeting Minutes page.

The members of the Steering Committee are hoping that a regular tenants meeting can take place in September. If that cannot be done in person within social distancing limitations, the Committee will look into the possibility of a virtual gathering.

A reminder that questions and suggestions from our fellow tenants are very welcome and can be sent through our contact us page.

Stay safe and stay healthy! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Free Cloth Masks for Tenants

The Neighbourhood Organization (TNO) has delivered 1500 cloth masks that were donated by the Michael Garron Hospital to be distributed for tenants in our buildings.

These are washable cloth masks and come with instructions for usage.

Due to health restrictions, they cannot be delivered door to door and are currently at the front desks in 85 and 95.
