The French Connection

the french connection

Wednesday January 15th at 7:30 pm, in the Party Room

Shot during a cold and gray New York winter in 1971. This movie is all surface, movement, violence, and suspense.

Popeye Doyle is nihilistic, racist, and prone to violent street smarts. Relive the famous chase scene as Popeye Doyle threads his car through city streets, chasing an elevated train.
