Passing of Naglaa Soliman

It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful death of our dear friend Naglaa Soliman on March 5, after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Naglaa Volunteer Spotlight

Naglaa was a long-term tenant here who touched many with her energy and enthusiasm. She was instrumental in setting up the Getaway Club as a way to encourage people to have a sense of community. She helped with the Kids Movie Night and was often seen with a mop in her hand at the end of it! She served on the steering committee of the LTTA.

When Leaside Towers welcomed our Syrian families, Naglaa was at the heart of this.  She was an incredible resource both with the newcomers and for the rest of us.  She established lasting bonds here and Leaside Towers was the better for it.

Funeral was at noon today.
Rest In Peace dear friend.
